The Rohn House was designed for adult
living and is elderly friendly. We may
not be suitable for some small children
(hot fireplaces, high balconies, Jacuzzi
etc.) so please ask. Rates are based on Double-occupancy. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance due upon arrival.  Check in time is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Any deviation (before 4:00 p.m. and/or after 7:00 p.m.) needs to be pre-arranged. Deposits are refundable with two weeks prior notice. If canceling with shorter notice, no deposit penality will apply if room is re-sold. Deposits made with a Credit Card may be subject to a $15.00 reversal transaction fee and will be refunded on the same Credit Card used for the deposit. Often deposit refunds can be applied to alternative reservation dates. Please ask.
