"Packet 2"
Interview
After the USCIS approves the K-1 petition, they will forward the documents to the U.S. Consulate of the Canadian fiancé(e). The Consulate then sends the Canadian Fiancé(e) forms and instructions for the next step of the K-1 Visa process.

When all required items have been gathered, the Canadian fiancé(e) then sends the completed checklist back to the U.S. Consulate and waits for an appointment letter. After an appointment letter has been received, the Canadian Fiancé(e) goes to the Consulate on the date appointed and has his/her interview.
